A - Introduction

These terms and conditions of sale, governing the sale of products marketed by www.alexfactory.it. All contracts to purchase products concluded through the site www.alexfactory.it and according to the procedures described above, between the seller and the customer will be governed by these Terms of Sale.
All published prices are VAT inclusive.

B - Acceptance of the sale conditions

  • 1. The contract between Alexfactory and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Alexfactory, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. The acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. By placing an order in the manner provided, you represent that you have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
  • 2. If the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), once the online purchase procedure, will print or save an electronic copy, but keep, these general conditions of sale, subject to the requirements of Art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.

C - How to Buy

  • 1. The Customer may only purchase products in the AlexFactory electronic catalog at the time the order and viewable at www.alexfactory.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information included in the site www.alexfactory.it faithfully reproduce those of the manufacturers of the products included in the catalog. Alexfactory, therefore, it reserves the right to change the technical information of products to match those provided by the manufacturers without any notice.   • 2. The correct order is confirmed by Alexfactory through an e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer.   • 3. In case of non-acceptance, Alexfactory is committed to a timely notice to Customer.

  • 5. All prices in this site shall be construed prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Alexfactory reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. D - Payments

  • 1. Payment to delivery

  • 2. Bank or Post Transfer
If paying by bank transfer in advance, the sending of the order occurs only when the actual crediting to c/c of Alexfactory, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of acceptance, after which the 'order is deemed automatically canceled.

  • 3. Credit Card

In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method at the end of the order the customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The amount of the order is debited from your PayPal account at the time of order.
In case of cancellation by both the Customer and in case of rejection of Alexfactory, the amount will be refunded to customer's PayPal account. For this type of payment, it is provided the collection charges of 4%.

The cancellation of the order is possible until the time in which the same is not yet in stock preparation. The order status is clearly visible in the "Order Status" and is no longer voidable if the indication "order in process".

The annulment of the transaction, in no Alexfactory case can be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase process Alexfactory is able to know the customer's financial information. As there is no data transmission, there is the possibility that this data is intercepted. No archive of Alexfactory contains or maintain such data. For every transaction made with your PayPal account you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal.

E - Security Transaction

The on-line transactions by credit card are made directly on the bank's website, through a secure server adopting the security system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This protocol, Verisign certificate, allows you to communicate in a way designed to prevent the interception, alteration or falsification of information. Alexfactory is not aware of the credit cards used by your customers.

F - Delivery Methods

Alexfactory accepts orders for delivery in worldwide states.
For every order placed on www.alexfactory.it, Alexfactory emits sales note (equivalent to a receipt) or the material shipped invoice. For the issuance of the tax document, authentic information provided by the Customer. After the issuing of the document itself, no change will be possible.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order placement. The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering.

The delivery of the ordered goods are considered on board trucks, unless otherwise specified.

The goods travel with packaging made from the factory or in unmarked boxes or recycled properly sealed with clear tape.

The delivery of the ordered goods are purely indicative and are published in each product; the same may be subject to change due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act. Standard Delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

No responsibility can be attributed to Alexfactory in case of delay in the order or delivery of goods ordered.

  • 1. Delivery by Express Courier
Standard Delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In the absence of the customer, the courier will leave a notice and retry delivery within 24 hours; in case of further absence, it is again left notice and shipping is put in storage. The customer will be contacted by the Care Team Alexfactory which will define the details of delivery.
  • 2. Delivery to a Post Office
By choosing this option, the customer can withdraw the product, at no additional cost, at any of the more than 1,400 post offices throughout the country.
In the case of payment on delivery post offices they are enabled to receive only cash. It can pay through POS (ATM or credit card). The service provides for the withdrawal of parcels up to 20 kg (maximum size of the three sides 150 cm) and a fixed deposit for a maximum of 7 working days. G - Despatch and delivery

  • 1. Despatch order
With "processing times" is understood as the amount of time that elapses from order entry to product delivery to the carrier.

  • 2. Times of delivery with express courier

H - Return Policy

  • 1. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree. N. 21/2014, the customer who plays the quality of consumer and, therefore, the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the professional activity, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs those specified in paragraph no. 3, no later than fourteen days from delivery, or the date on which the Customer or a third party designated by the latter acquires physical possession of the goods purchased. Upon receiving the notice of withdrawal, AlexFactory send the customer a confirmation email with the authorization for the product / s to be returned. In both cases, the shipping costs for the return of the goods at AlexFactory will be charged to the customer.

  • 3. The shipment of goods to be made must be made no later than 14 days from the date the customer has communicated to AlexFactory the decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.
AlexFactory, in compliance with art. 56 of Legislative Decree no. n. 21/2014, once verified that the conditions referred to in paragraph 4, will reimburse the customer the cost of the product within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to the right to withhold the reimbursement until the return of the product at the date its stores, or until the date on which the Customer will send proof of shipment and delivery of goods to the carrier. AlexFactory is not required to reimburse additional costs if the customer has chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offer (Shipping "base"). Refund will be made using the same procedures used by the customer for purchase or, if specifically requested, by bank transfer or PayPal refund.
  • 4. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
  • Customers can exclusively exercise the right of withdrawal with regard to the whole product; you can not exercise withdrawal on only part of the product (eg. accessories, software, attachments, etc. ...);
    Once opened, you can not make products:
    • products specifically or personally created for the consumer;
  • the product purchased must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation;

  • 5. In case the customer decides to return the goods via a courier of his choice, the shipment for return of the product is under the responsibility of the Customer, until such time as Alexfactory acknowledge receiving the product. In the event that the product suffers damage during re-entry at the warehouses, it is up to Alexfactory communicate this to the customer to enable him to file a complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the property, where this is assured; therefore, Alexfactory put the product available to the customer, canceling the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal also in the event of a material defect of the returned product (lack inner packaging and / or documentation and / or the manufacturer's original packaging; absence of parts and accessories of this product; damage; unsuitable return status) and in general failure to comply with the conditions referred to in paragraph no. 4.
In all cases of loss of the right of withdrawal, Alexfactory will return the goods to the customer who will not be entitled to any refund.

I - Waiver purchase

Please be informed that the customer is entitled to cancel an order that has already been shipped and / or reject the goods upon delivery. It does however present, which will be written off the shipping costs up to the delivery and return to the sender, plus any stocks. Therefore, it will pay only the amount of the product net of outward transport costs, return and eventual stocks. This reimbursement will only run once the parcel will be returned intact in our warehouse.

For shipments outside the European Union, they are not accepted requests of cancellation and / or refunds due to delays in delivery by Customs and / or the carrier, operating in that state. L - Guarantees

  • 1. Legal guarantee
All products marketed by Alexfactory are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months for defects of conformity, according to art. 129) of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
  • 2. Conventional Warranty
  • 2.1 In addition to the legal warranty for defects, the products marketed by AlexFactory, enjoy the conventional manufacturer's warranty.
  • 2.2 In the event that for any reason Alexfactory, was not able to replace a warranted product (repaired or replaced), may proceed with the consent of the Client-Consumer, the replacement of the product itself (even if the price list) or with another of equal or greater value and characteristics. Finally, the issue of a voucher for the same amount spent on another good product for 6 months from the time of release.
  • 2.3 No damages can be claimed from Alexfactory for any delays in repairs or replacements of products in standard warranty, except for the case of fraud or gross negligence.
  • 2.4 In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the Client-Consumer in the original package, complete in all its parts (including packaging manufacturer and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables , etc...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put in a second box; It should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product.

M - Privacy

The personal information requested under the order are collected and processed by Alexfactory on computer media, in order to meet the obligations under the contract with the customer and will not under any circumstances and no license to third parties. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the customer released together with the processing and sending the registration form online.

O - Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The sales contract between the customer and AlexFactory is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this sale contract, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Treviso.

P - Conditions
